Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holy days of obligation are processed the next business day. Handcrafted and made-to-order items may require additional time — this will be noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your TrueHearts purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been blessed or consecrated
• Personalized or custom-engraved items
• Digital downloads
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide return shipping instructions within 2 business days
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
